I started the week with just one blog, now here we are. Hello there.
This is where I’ll write about my personal and continuing journey with health and wellness. My personal story is what led to What Comes Next? so it makes sense to continue and expand it here. In addition to my health and wellness discussions I’ll go over the sorts of things I work on and work through on an ongoing basis. Tonight for example I am at the end of a stretch of insomnia (much to the benefit of this site’s development) which will hopefully end in restful sleep. It’s seven days until the beginning of Ramadan which is among other things a time for me to reset my schedule. Last year I kept to a four night schedule at a late night gym and I hope to improve on that this year with better meal planning. This would be as good a time as any to write down some of the habits I’ve formed through years of trial and error.
I’m not even sure blogs are as popular as they once were, so this could just be an exercise.
Clearly I am not averse to exercise.
