It occurs to me that in addition to workout tracking I should talk about my own pantry. I’m hesitant to do so because there’s a difference between dietary habits I recommend and dietary habits I keep for myself: The first thing I would say to anyone is that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to wellness. What works for me may not work for someone else and I don’t want to set unrealistic expectations about how A Day In The Life should look because there is no one way.



Having said that, the entire point of Coach’s Corner is to give you an idea of how I am currently continuing my personal transformation. If you see something that adds value: Great! This can be a great place to exchange information that I’ve gained through lived experience but refined through trial, error, and the good people at NASM. So from time to time I’ll check in on a particular pantry item that I find interesting and talk about ways in which I incorporate it into my diet. That could be fun.
