Posting for accountability and also to cement in my mind what I’m using this space for. Hello there. As discussed my journey through recovery is ongoing. Mental and emotional turmoil surrounding the holidays along with personal and professional challenges means my workout schedule has gotten off track. Today I’m going to fix that with a Seven Day Sprint. Each day for the next seven days I will try a new workout and discuss the “behind the scenes” that I go through with this sort of thing. I see a lot of content designed to inspire and encourage but I rarely see anything that talks about real things men go through later in life when outlets for expression seem fewer and fewer. I’ll talk about that here for me, and maybe for someone else who might check this out someday.
