Big Things

Hello there.

No workout from the Seven Day Stretch yesterday. When setting goals it’s important to set guardrails for yourself not shackles. My body was complaining after two workouts in a row even though they were light workouts, so that combined with a swath of new developments with What Comes Next meant I didn’t skip a workout I shifted it. The mental difference is that now I know the workout is something I still need to make up and gives me a lesson for the end of this Seven Day Stretch: Listen to yourself and adjust as needed and you’re moving. No backward movements!
